types of Medicare coverage as a method of payment for our products
and services. If you wish to take advantage of this service, your
contact information will be taken, and you will be contacted for
verification of coverage.
Once your coverage has been verified, a representative will contact
you via phone to accept your order.

YOU MUST HAVE MEDICARE PART "A" AND PART "B"
- OR A SECONDARY FORM OF INSURANCE.
