The PR System One REMStar 60 Series Pro CPAP Machine includes the C-Flex Plus and the smart technology Auto-Trial and CPAP-Check modes of the earlier Pro models, and also offers the optional System One 60 Series Heated Humidifier and Heated Tube. This new optional heated humidifier will keep your airways comfortable and the heated tube will minimize rainout. The features of the 60 Series Pro machine are:

On screen data display
On the screen of the 60 Series Pro machine appears the AHI (apnea/hypopnea index), leak rate, and your 7 and 30 day average pressures. This information is also stored in an on-board memory as well as an SD memory card.

C-Flex Plus pressure relief
The C-Flex Plus feature provides relief during exhalation by lowering the pressure. The “Plus” part of this feature makes the transition between the inhalation and exhalation pressures smoother, providing you with a more natural and comfortable breathing experience.

System One Resistance Control
System One Resistance Control accounts for the differences of mask styles in delivering you air. This feature recognizes a number that has been assigned to each Respironics mask. The machine will then compensate for that mask and find your ideal pressure.

Smart technology modes
The two smart technology modes, Auto-Trial and CPAP-Check, work in tandem to deliver you the highest quality CPAP therapy possible with a CPAP machine. The 60 Series Pro machine comes with 3-30 days of Auto-Trial that do not have to be used all at once. The Auto-Trial tells the machine to function as an APAP machine, adjusting the pressure emitted with each breath you take. After the Auto-Trial, the 60 Series Pro machine will return to its normal CPAP functionality and will deliver the pressure that you were at or below 90% of the time during the Auto-Trial. Every 30 hours, the CPAP-Check mode will adjust the pressure +/-  1-3 cm H2O to keep you at your ideal pressure.

System One 60 Series Heated Humidifier and Heated Tube
The System One 60 Series Heated Humidifier and Heated Tube provide you with air temperature control, improved humidification, and rainout protection. The durable, thin heated tube easily connects to the top of the 60 Series Pro machine with a 270 degree swivel mount. It also has a room temperature and humidity sensor at the end that ensures that you receive the desired level of humidity and are protected against rainout. Even as the room temperature changes throughout the night, the temperature and humidity level of your heated tube will remain the same. There are 3 levels of relative humidity (70, 80, or 90%) and 5 temperature settings (4-16 degrees above room temperature) available with the heated humidifier and heated tube. The system also includes Dry Box to prevent water damage to the machine.

Please note:
The heated humidifier and heated tube of the PR System One REMStar 60 Series APAP can only be used together and with this machine. They are not compatible with any other PR machine, nor is the heated tube compatible with any other PR humidifier. The PR System One REMStar 60 Series APAP machine is not compatible with earlier versions of the PR System One Heated Humidifier. Also, the external power supply included with this system will not work with any other PR units.
